HOUSTON, TX (April 04, 2022) – Gilbert & Pardue, LLC (“GaP”) acted as exclusive advisor to Metropolitan Glass, Inc. (“MGI”) of Denver, CO in its sale to Performance Contracting Inc. (“PCI”) of Lenexa, KS. The transaction closed on March 31, 2022, in Denver.
Colorado glass contractor Metropolitan Glass offers best-in-class commercial glazing, specializing in installations for Educational Institutions, Healthcare Facilities, Office Complexes, Airports, Hospitality Centers, and more.
MGI’s employees, who are committed to the honest values on which Metropolitan Glass was founded, have been a major factor in its success and are a key reason MGI was a great fit for PCI. Owners Sean Moore, Curtis Thomas, Amanda Churchill, and Toby West have built a regionally-recognized glazing business, working on marquee projects “from conceptual estimating through completion.” The MGI team draws on a deep history of knowledge and experience in both the field and office to find creative solutions to every project challenge. Partnering closely with building owners, architects, and general contractors – many of whom already have a strong relationship with PCI – will allow the MGI/PCI story to continue, adding to the Denver skyline for many years to come.
