HOUSTON, TX (June 30, 2021) – Gilbert & Pardue LLC (“GaP”) acted as exclusive advisor to Narramore Glass & Contracting (“Narramore”) of Waller, TX in its sale to MoreLight Glass (“MoreLight”), LLC of Houston, TX. The transaction closed on June 21, 2021.
Narramore, owned by Lynn Narramore, specializes in fast food restaurant and convenience store glass work along with retail, municipal, and other 1- & 2-story glazing. The nearly 30-year-old company is known as a reliable, cost-effective, and solution-oriented contractor serving a geographic footprint that encompasses all of South Texas.
Matt Gilbert, Founding Partner of GaP, stated, “During all of our interaction with Lynn, we’ve known his business was poised to take off. The Narramore team executes professionally and has built a reputation as the contractor of choice for a list of 'who’s who' national brands.”
After meeting James Beylotte, MoreLight’s founder, Matt knew James was the right successor to make the ownership transition smooth for employees and customers alike. James has quickly come up to speed and is charting a path for continued success as the new captain of Narramore’s ship. After successfully selling his previous business, Mr. Beylotte is working full time at Narramore saying he is “all-in” to forge a great future in the contract glass & glazing sector.
