Mark D. Feldman serves as GaP’s Senior Advisor, Finance & Operations.

Mark is a seasoned executive with more than three decades of leadership across finance, operations, and corporate strategy. As CEO of CSuite CFO, LLC, he partnered with privately held companies to drive growth, strengthen operational performance, and build long‑term enterprise value. His work centered on aligning strategy with execution helping owners and leadership teams make informed decisions, implement scalable systems, and position their businesses for sustainable success.

Mr. Feldman’s executive career also includes serving as President, COO, and CFO of Sterling Custom Sheet Metal, where he led the company through a period of significant transformation. Under Mark’s leadership, Sterling grew revenue by 75% and increased enterprise value nearly eightfold. He oversaw strategic planning, financial management, operational restructuring, and the implementation of enterprise systems that enabled the company to scale efficiently and profitably.

Prior to Sterling, Mark held senior financial leadership roles at EnviroCon Systems and Arc Terminals Holdings. At Arc, he played a key role in guiding the company through transformative growth initiatives, operational integration, and the process that ultimately led to Arc Logistics becoming a publicly traded entity. His experience spans manufacturing, industrial services, energy, logistics, and multi‑site operations. He brings owners a rare combination of financial discipline and hands‑on operational insight.

Known for his ability to bridge high‑level strategy with practical execution, Mark brings a steady, experienced, and solutions‑oriented approach to every engagement. His clients value his operational acumen, financial rigor, and the calm, thoughtful leadership he brings to complex challenges and pivotal moments in a company’s lifecycle.

Mark holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of St. Thomas and a BBA in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University. His commitment to developing future leaders extends beyond the boardroom; he has served as an Associate Professor of Practice at Texas A&M University, teaching finance and business strategy to the next generation of professionals.

When he is not working on GaP priorities, Mr. Feldman enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife at their home in Magnolia, TX. The Feldmans have been married for 25 years and raised 3 boys (two Texas A&M Aggies and one United States Air Force Academy Falcon). Mr. Feldman has volunteered countless hours coaching sports, serving on booster clubs and founding Boy Scout Troop 623, from which all 3 Feldman boys made Eagle Scout.

Mark has dedicated years to mentoring young adults aging out of foster care. His leadership philosophy is grounded in service, accountability, and the belief that strong organizations are built through clarity, communication, and shared purpose.

Mr. Feldman currently organizes/volunteers for a nationwide annual event called Taste of Home for the United States Air Force Academy, and enjoys searching for, collecting and sharing a wide variety of whiskeys.
