Gilbert & Pardue Co-Founder Matt Gilbert was keynote speaker for the TXCPA Foundation's Fall Northwest Roundtable held on September 19th at Lone Star Community College.

Matt arranged for Corporate Business Attorney Candice Davis and Generosity focused Wealth Advisor Cale Dowell to share their invaluable knowledge around supporting clients through the sale of their business.

Houston area CPAs were led through Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) best practices when it comes to serving their clients and effective processes when working with other advisors in the M&A process.
