Matt Gilbert Announces His Departure

After thoughtful consideration, I’ve made the decision to step away from GaP and begin a new chapter in my professional journey.

This choice wasn’t made lightly. My time here has been marked by meaningful collaboration, shared purpose, and the privilege of working alongside some of the most intelligent, competent, and genuinely kind individuals I’ve encountered in my career. The experience has been nothing short of transformative.

Leading and contributing to the firm’s growth has been an honor, and I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished together. From navigating complex deals to celebrating hard-earned wins, I’ve learned and grown in ways that will stay with me for years to come. More than anything, I’m grateful for the relationships built and the trust, mentorship, and camaraderie that made this more than just a workplace. 

While I’ve stepped away from GaP, my passion for working with business owners remains as strong as ever. I’m excited about the road ahead and look forward to continuing to serve this space in new and meaningful ways. I welcome any opportunity to stay in touch, collaborate, or simply reconnect.
