LSS Digital acquired by Cape Equipment & Services

HOUSTON, TX (January 29, 2021) - Gilbert & Pardue LLC (“GaP”) acted as advisor to Litho Supply & Service Co., Inc. (“LSS Digital”) of Houston, TX in its sale to Cape Equipment & Services, LLC also of Houston and owned by Kelly and Brock Hennigh. The transaction was finalized in December 2020, and the management teams are transitioning through the first quarter of 2021.
