GaP Transaction Advisors Welcomes Mark Feldman

Houston, TX - GaP Transaction Advisors (“GaP”) is pleased to announce Mark D. Feldman has joined the firm as Senior Advisor, Finance & Operations. Mr. Feldman brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience across finance, operations, and corporate strategy, with a proven record of helping privately held companies strengthen performance, scale effectively, and build long-term enterprise value.

Before joining GaP, Mark served as President, COO, and CFO of Sterling Custom Sheet Metal, where he led the company through a period of significant transformation. Under his leadership, Sterling grew revenue by 75% and increased enterprise value nearly eightfold. His responsibilities included strategic planning, operational restructuring, financial management, and the implementation of enterprise systems that enabled the company to scale efficiently and profitably.

Mr. Feldman’s career also includes senior financial leadership roles at EnviroCon Systems and Arc Terminals Holdings, where he guided transformative growth initiatives, oversaw operational integration, and contributed to the process that ultimately led to Arc Logistics becoming a publicly traded entity. His background spans manufacturing, industrial services, energy, logistics, and multi-site operations, bringing GaP clients a rare combination of financial discipline, operational depth, and hands-on leadership.

Throughout his career, Mr. Feldman has been recognized for his ability to align strategy with execution, communicate with clarity, and lead organizations through complex challenges and pivotal transitions. His approach reflects GaP’s core values: senior-level expertise, practical insight, and a commitment to delivering measurable outcomes for our clients. His leadership philosophy is grounded in service, accountability, and the belief that strong organizations are built through clarity, communication, and shared purpose.

Mark holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of St. Thomas and a BBA in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University. He has also served as an Associate Professor of Practice at Texas A&M University, teaching finance and business strategy to emerging professionals.

In his personal time, Mark enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife at their home in Magnolia, TX. Married for 25 years, the Feldmans' raised three boys - two Texas A&M Aggies and one United States Air Force Academy Falcon. Deeply committed to youth development, Mr. Feldman devoted countless hours to coaching sports, serving on booster clubs, and founding Boy Scout Troop 623, from which all three of his sons earned the rank of Eagle Scout. Deeply engaged in his community, Mark has dedicated years to mentoring young adults aging out of foster care. He also organizes and volunteers for the nationwide Taste of Home event supporting the United States Air Force Academy. Mark also enjoys searching for, collecting, and sharing a wide variety of whiskeys.
