Jesse Jordan GaP team

Jesse Jordan is a Financial Analyst for Gilbert & Pardue Transaction Advisors (GaP).

In this role, Jesse supports our talented team of professionals by assisting with Financial Reviews & Broker Opinions of Value and serving in fractional CFO capacities. Mr. Jordan is an ERP implementation specialist with experience in establishing workflow solutions to challenging environments.

Mr. Jordan has served as Fractional Controller for both DonSol, a valve automation manufacturing startup, and RFS Compliance Solutions, a distributor of industrial lubricants & sealants, valves, and LDAR equipment.

Prior to his current role, Jesse served as Finance & Accounting Manager of Controlled Fluids, Inc., a fluid power engineering & distribution company. Hired due to a challenging ERP implementation, Mr. Jordan played a pivotal role in building a cooperative & constructive environment, improving financial clarity through reporting and boosting team confidence in the financial results.

Earlier in his professional career, Mr. Jordan tackled a challenging ERP implementation at Tucker Energy Solutions, a multi-regional pipeline construction & maintenance provider. In his role, Jesse created database queries allowing field labor to translate into payroll. He designed, evaluated, and wrote processes, procedures, and work instructions fixing various flaws in the ERP rollout.

Prior to his role at Tucker Energy Solutions, Mr. Jordan served as Senior Staff Accountant at Camin Cargo Control, a global petroleum & petrochemical assayer. Jesse overhauled the entire board reporting software package as the basis for a strong FP&A department. The reporting software did not deliver as promised, so after documenting the failure & helping the company recover ~$100K from the purchase, he created a dynamic package that reduced report production process time by a week. Reports were able to be produced on demand, including by global regions, currencies, and branches thanks to his contribution.

As Senior Staff Accountant at Abrasive Products & Equipment (APE Companies), a nation-wide surface preparation equipment distributor, Mr. Jordan stretched the capabilities of Excel through database-driven reporting. In a high-volume environment, he brought clarity & efficiency by providing dynamic operational reports to inventory management, sales & commission calculation, cost analysis & purchasing, as well as financial reporting across the accounting department. Participating in the implementation process prior to ‘go-live,’ Jesse was able to glean the experience of a well-managed implementation, with 25% customization, which would later serve several other companies in his career.

Mr. Jordan holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Houston – Clear Lake.

In his free time, Jesse enjoys working on his family’s land, as well as the outdoor sporting activities that Texas has to offer. He and his wife are high school sweethearts and have been married for 15 years. They have three daughters. The two oldest attend a classical Christian school in Beaumont, and all three daughters dance at a studio in the Beaumont area. When not volunteering at the girls’ school, the family enjoys taking trips to family land in the Texas hill country.
