Sale of privately-held contract land management company  

Gilbert & Pardue Business Advisors acted as exclusive advisor to Barton Land Consultants of Duncan, OK, in its sale to Western Land Services of Ludington, MI. The transaction closed on March 22, 2018. Founded in 2006 and over 55 pro-fessionals strong, Barton Land Consultants offers the full range of land-related activities from due dili-gence for acquisitions/ divestitures to permitting, title research, curative, and damage assessments. Western Land Services is an Employee Owned Company offering an extensive range of land services throughout the United States.
